We purchased a new batter because ours was no longer working, left, and our car broke down. we got our car towed BACK and turns out they sold us a bad battery. NOW they’re saying since they don’t have the battery we need, we need to pay the difference of our warranty. The manager ( is NO help, even with showing that web had to pay a tow to bring us all the way back to the store for THEIR mistake.

I wanted to give a shout out to Armando who assisted my son and I with testing, looking up my warranty, and the purchase of the new battery. He was such a blessing today!
