- KKKDDec 30, 20251.0I went in earlier today just to grab one thing. I waited in line behind a couple men, and in another line, another man waited, but no one was at the register. finally a black lady came to the front, checked out the man at the front of my line, left my line, and checked out the other black man in the other line. she then proceeded to walk to the back of the store, like we weren’t there. The man in front of me was hispanic, and i’m white, maybe it was a race thing, seeing as she only helped the other black people in the store 🤷🏻♀️ very sad to see.

She completely ignored me. Then when she finished with the second gentleman, She walked off to the back. I waited for another few minutes and she never came back to the register. Incredibly poor service

We ended up changing the alternator right there in the parking lot, and one of the employees went above and beyond to help us. I didn’t get his name, but he was incredibly helpful he brought us the tools we needed, helped us through the process, and made a stressful situation much easier. Outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. I can’t thank that employee enough.

Drove a bit and car wouldn't turn back on so off I go to Autozone to get the battery checked. Drove down here to get help with the battery. Very friendly older man assisted me in checking the battery and yep it was free ready to be replaced haha. He helped go through their selection of batteries and select a new one. Very kind gentleman replaced the battery. They offer military discount and warranties apply to any Autozone in the country. I am immensely grateful for his patience and how friendly he was as it was a very stressful morning for me when the car wouldn't start and I was trying to take my kindergardener to school.
