- CHClaudia HernandezNov 18, 20251.0Do not bring your business here if your trying to exchange, or get your money back it's not a "lifetime warranty* it's a "lifetime limited warranty" meaning weather or not they sell you a part that's already broken they will not refund you, exchange it,or fix it, we found out they will intentionally red flag any part you buy from them in order to prevent you from returning anything, they gave my husband and mother in law the run around demanding IDs to who bought which part and refused to exchange a Starter Solenoid that was SOLD TO US BROKEN and wouldn't take it back because we tested it on our car? Like how else are we supposed to know if it works or not, the men there are also extremely sexist when my mother in law explained the part she brought back the guy told her "Oh you know what that part is?" And treated her like she was dumb the entire time any woman who comes here they treat terribly honestly just people looking for a cash grab and will scam you out of your wallet

It was the battery. They told me it wasn't under warranty. It was still had warranty on until next month. The guy ask did we install it. I said no I did. I'm a woman I get this all the dame time!!!! He goes oh probably you did something to it!!! Really I know how to change a Dame battery!!! Ur place sucks and u got people treating customers like women we are stupid. Well we are not. The other guy who was helping. He was help full some what. He don't know his numbers of the months . Well I'm not buying another battery from u guys. Or anything from ur store!!! Ur prices are to Dame high even though before everything got higher.
