  Em fevereiro deste ano alugamos um carro por dois dias. A equipe maravilhosa nos atendeu muito bem, com paciência e presteza. Eu queria um modelo econômico. Mas na hora da entrega, deu um problema interno com o modelo escolhido e nos entregaram um superior. BMW. Não nos cobraram adicional. Foi maravilhosa a experiência. Deu tudo certo. Recomendo.

  Frustrating and disappointing. 1) If you book a car for 9 AM, it's only secured for 1 hour. After that, 'IF' they have an other car available it costs 10€/day extra. 2) You can't pick up the car at one place and leave it at an other one (airport, for instance) like most rental companies (Hertz, etc.). You have to bring it back to the place you picked it up. (They have the car-rental business monopoly in Izmir, so, why not?) Nevertheless, the team is helpful and speaks a great english.

  farkli firmalari da kullandim. enterprise ile ilk kez tanisiyorum. oncelikle calisanlar kibar ve sizleri dinliyor ve cozum odaklilar. araclar gercekten cok temiz ve kolonya, islak mendil gibi ufak hediyeler vermislerdi ince dusunulmus bu cok hosuma gitti. tek negatif olarak gordugum aslinda onemli de bir konu su, depozito iadesi konusu herhangi bir bildirim mesaj ya da kiralamaniz sonrasi herhangi bir mail gelmiyor. 4 gun gecmesine ragmen depozitom iade edildimi edilmedimi bunu hala bilemiyorum bankacilik uygulamamda iade edilmedigini goruyorum fakat ofis ile gorustugumde bu ayni gun icinde iade edilir denmisti. genel olarak bakacak olarak kotu bir deneyim degildi fakat bu depozito konusu ve kiralama sonrasi iletisim konusunda sorun var. bunu duzeltmenizi tavsiye ederim iyi gunler.

  The reception staff were very friendly, attentive, professional, and accommodating. The rates are more than competitive, offering unbeatable value for money. Delivery was perfect and right on time. The vehicle was brand-new and very comfortable. I had requested a manual transmission but received an automatic one for the same price!! The vehicle handover took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.
