  يجب الحذر منهم فا هم غير امينين بعد ان يتم سحب المبلغ كامل و قبول طلبك عند الوصول يرفضو ان يسلموا السياره بحجة عدم اكتمال المستندات وهذا نظام تركيا للعلم جميع المكاتب المجاوره لهم في المطار تم قبول مستندي وحجزت سياره من المكتب المجاور لكن هم تحايلو معي Unprofessional service and fraudulent treatment. They refused to hand over the car claiming that my driver's license was expired, even though it is 100% valid. The exact same license was accepted without any issues by other adjacent rental companies in the airport. They took the full payment and refused to refund it. Very disappointing and dishonest behavior. Avoid this location. Profesyonel olmayan ve dürüst olmayan bir hizmet. Ehliyetimin süresi dolduğu iddiasıyla aracı teslim etmediler, oysa ehliyetim %100 geçerliydi. Aynı ehliyet, havalimanındaki diğer tüm kiralama şirketleri tarafından sorunsuz kabul edildi. Tüm ücreti aldılar وiade etmeyi reddettiler. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

  كنت متخوف من موضوع الوديعة بصراحة، لكن رجعت كاملة مثل ما وعدوني. والتعامل كان محترم حتى مع احتكاك بسيط صار بالسيارة

  شركه استغلاليه .. عندما حضرت التأمين بنص قيمة الحجز وانتظرت اكثر من ساعه علشان السواق يوديني اخذ السياره في الاخير اضطريت اروح مشي اكثر من كيلو علشان استلم السياره.. وعند التسليم ماحد رضي يوصلني للصاله الدوليه رغم وجود العفش والعائله رغم وجود ٤ موظفين او اكثر الحجه اللاعب محمد صلاح جاي رغم توفر الشرطه والسير ولكن اختلاق أعذار واجبرت على المشي . خدمه سيئه ابتعدوا عنهم اني لكم ناصح. My experience with Alamo Car Rental was extremely disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. First, I was charged an unreasonably high amount for the insurance without any valid justification. Second, when it was time to return the vehicle, I had to walk to the parking area and wait for more than an hour before anyone assisted me. Finally, after I returned the car in perfect condition and fully complied with all the rental terms and requirements, I requested transportation for myself, my family, and our luggage to the airport terminal. My request was completely refused, even though there were four or five employees standing by the shuttle vehicle. There was no legitimate reason for the refusal. Airport security was present, and it was still within the permitted access time. It was simply a lack of willingness to provide customer service. As a result, I had to find a luggage cart myself, load all our bags, and walk with my family to the terminal. This was a very poor customer experience, and because of it, I will not rent from Alamo again or from any car rental company within the same group

  حجزت سيارة هيونداي 20i من بوكينج السيارة كانت نفس الحجز نظيفه وجديده البنزين فل ويطلب منك اذا رجعت سيارة يكون فل وتغسل السيارة او تدفع 2000ليرة وانت تقدر تغسل برا في أقل من نصف السعر السيارة كان علية تأمين شامل لكن فيه نسبة تحمل 600 يورو دفعت زيادة تقريبا 500 ريال تامين عشان مايكون علي نسبة تحمل وهذا شوفه مبالغ فيه كذالك بالنسبة الوديعة كانت مبلغ كبير 300 يورو نفس تقريبا قيمة الإيجار لخمس ايام لكن إذا سيارة سليمة ترجع على طول وانا في المطار جت رسالة على الإيميل تأكيد استراد المبلغ الوديعة وخلال يومين رجع الموظفين محترمين ملاحظة تأمين شامل من بوكينج غير مقبول امن من عندهم شي الثاني لازم يكون معك نت عشان فيه رسايل تجي على الايميل وانت توقع العقد معهم على العموم تعامل معهم ممتاز لكن مبلغ الوديعة مبالغ فيه
