  Samimi ve kaliteli Araç kiralama sürecinin başından sonuna kadar her şeyden çok memnun kaldım. Özellikle teslim alma ve teslim etme sırasında yardımcı olan çalışan ekip son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Süreci hızlı ve sorunsuz şekilde tamamladılar. Müşteri memnuniyetine gerçekten önem verdikleri belli oluyor. Kendilerine emekleri ve ilgileri için teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.

  We had one reservation for 2 cars. When we arrived, they said the system does not allow two simultaneous contracts from the same name of the reservation, and therefore we had to cancel one of the reservations and book another, which was 150 usd more expensive because of the quotation of the day. So we had to pay extra because of a problem in their website, which should not allow two reservations on the same name. Also it took one hour to solve this.

  Harika bir hizmet aldım. İlk iletişimden aracın teslimine kadar her şey son derece profesyonel ve sorunsuzdu. Araç tertemiz, bakımlı ve tam anlatıldığı gibiydi. Teslim alma ve teslim etme süreci çok hızlı ve rahattı. Özellikle Mahir Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Süreç boyunca çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı davrandı. Aklımdaki tüm soruları sabırla yanıtladı ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Böyle ilgili ve güven veren insanlarla çalışmak gerçekten büyük bir fark yaratıyor. Güvenilir, dürüst ve müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren bir firma. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Bundan sonra araç kiralamam gerektiğinde ilk tercihim kesinlikle burası olacak.   SCAM!! we had the most unpleasant experience. the company cancelled our reservation without any email, call or any type of notice. the same thing happened to the family before us. the guy at the reception, Hujing, didnt help as at all, he couldn’t communicate with us as he didnt speak any english and the whole conversation happened through google translate. he refused to help us in anyway, forcing us to book a last-minute hotel not to spend the night stranded on the streets, he laughed at our faces when we asked to call his manager. they scam people cancelling the reservation if you get there a minute late, to either give u a more expensive car pretending the one you had booked was already given away or just keep all the money of the reservation.

  Dopo aver prenotato una macchina tramite booking ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza alcun preavviso. Siamo stati informati del fatto solo una volta arrivati al noleggio dove l’addetto non parlava nemmeno inglese. oltre a non parlare inglese il signore si è rivelato completamente inutile, ci ha ignorati per più di un’ora e non ha provato a fare nulla per risolvere la situazione nonostante le svariate richieste. nel momento più critico oltre a non aiutarci minimamente si è messo anche a riderci in faccia perché non parlavamo turco. La situazione è stata veramente sgradevole e poco professionale. Abbiamo dovuto passare una notte in hotel, quando avevamo un altro alloggio prenotato da tutt’altra parte, e abbiamo provato a riprenotare un auto per il giorno dopo stanchi e disperati. la mattina successiva quando ci siamo svegliati il noleggio aveva ancora una volta cancellato la nostra prenotazione lasciandoci nuovamente in una brutta situazione. Non consiglierei a nessuno questo noleggio.
