I paid for the car rental. But the rental deposit wasn't charged to my debit card, and they wouldn't give me the car. Even though the terms and conditions state that they accept debit cards. Now I'm having trouble getting a refund for the car rental because they refused to provide a document stating that the service was not rendered. I received neither the service nor a refund.

Easy to navigate, wasn't given the same car that we chose (hyundai i20) but like for like we ended up with a corsa hybrid which was actually great because of the fuel efficiency. It was super easy to pick up and drop off as it was in the airport. Deposit was refunded promptly (next day) Would definitely use this company again. Thank you. Just to note, Alamo is under enterprise car rental, so you pick up from there.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a Hyundai Bayon SUV but was given a Renault Clio instead, which is a lower category. The agency blamed Booking for the issue. On top of that, the car had a strong smell of cigarettes. I do not recommend.
