  I have had very positive experience with Alamo at Bodrum airport (handled by Enterprise), having rented a car for 5 days in August 2026. They gave me a nearly new car (upgraded to automatic for 5 Eur), agents were very helpful and professional, there was no wait at drop off and process took short time at pick up. I received my deposit back in about 2 hours after the drop off. There were no negative surprises. The only issue is location of the office, which is in domestic terminal. If you are arriving to international terminal, you will have to walk to domestic and then go through security. There are no clear signs that lead you there.

  Upon arriving at 3:30 am, I went to the ticket counter and the staff informed me that my reservation had been cancelled and that they had sent me an email. I checked my emails and found a reservation confirmation.

  Alamo şirketini kesinlikle önermiyorum. Müşteri memnuniyeti 0, aracı hiç bir şekilde olumsuz bir durum olmadan teslim etmemize rağmen gözle görünmeyen ve bizden kaynaklı olmayan çiziği biz yapmışız gibi gösterip depozit tutarını alacak kadar aciz bir kurum.   Terrible company. Gave us an old and dirty car which had no tools replace tyre and we DID have a flat tyre in the middle of nowhere with no car service to respond. Eventually we had to lock the car and head to airport and give them the keys. They charged us £800 for this which is totally their fault. Do not book with them, they also speak zero English, zero!
