  Bir ay önceden rezervasyon yaptım. Aracı teslim almaya geldiğimde Renault Clio için ayrıca 650 Euro depozito istendi ve ek sigorta sunuldu. Bu kadar yüksek bir depozitonun rezervasyon sırasında çok daha açık belirtilmesi gerekirdi. Sonuç olarak aracı teslim alamadım ve tatilimin başında araçsız kaldım. Gerçekten rezil oldum, tatilimde rezil oldum. Enterprise gibi büyük bir firmadan daha şeffaf ve profesyonel bir hizmet beklerdim.

  Terrible experience. Total scam. Does not meet any of the expectations I had for being an Emerald Club member. I arrived 2 hours late from the time I booked and was told that the reservation had been cancelled and that no other mid-sized cars were left. Which was impossible to believe. I was "upgraded" by force to a beautiful BMW at an extra cost of 50 Euros per day. They did not honor the 5 free days I had earned with National. I have booked cars in Turkey with the yellow car rental company before and nothing like this happened. So, the issue is not specific to Turkey, but specific to this National franchisee. I would never book with National again in Izmir, that is for sure.
