  This is the first time that I have to wait 1 hour, because they're washing the car!!! This is unbelievable. It's 22:00 now and I have to drive 1.5 hours to my destination. Never again with National in Istanbul. Poor service. Nobody gives an answer.

  Late night flight arrived and filled paperwork for my reservation at 1am. Asked to wait a few minutes while the car is washed. It’s now 2:30am and still no car. What a let down. In their defense, they offered an EV. But for driving to Canakkale, the amount of time spent charging would waste even more time. I’ve rented in Izmir and in Kayseri with quicker service and they had a car when I showed up or soon after. Going past 1.5 hours was unexpected given past National rentals in Turkey

  Brilliant and professional. They gave us a better car with no extra charge. Moreover, the drop off was the fastest I had ever experienced. Thumbs up
