  Absolutely terrible experience. We were told there was only one car available. But while we were in the middle of check in, two men came in after us to reserve a car and were somehow given a better vehicle because they were locals, even though we had just been told there were no other cars available. So clearly that was not true. Before signing, we inspected the car ourselves and took photos and videos so we would not be blamed for pre existing damage. The staff immediately seemed uncomfortable and kept pressuring us to sign first. The car had scratches, rim damage, smelled strongly like smoke, had ash throughout the interior all the way to the trunk, and even had burned floor mats. When we said we were not comfortable taking the car, they told us the signing time was about to expire and that nothing could be done about the smoke. On top of that, the photos their staff took conveniently left out the damaged rim and ignored the burned mats. Very shady, dishonest, and unprofessional. Felt like they were trying to push a disgusting damaged car onto us while giving better options to locals.
