  I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Enterprise at the Marmara Forum branch in Istanbul. First, I was offered a lower-class vehicle than the one I had originally reserved. When I refused this downgrade, I was then told that there was an issue with my passport and my reservation was cancelled. At one point, I was even told that I should go to the police, which made absolutely no sense to me. My passport is valid, and there is clearly no issue with it. I later rented a car from another reputable company, Europcar, using the exact same passport without any problems. I honestly do not understand how this situation was handled. It felt like decisions were made arbitrarily and not according to any clear company policy. Because of this experience, I will not rent from Enterprise again, and I cannot recommend this company to others. That night I was left in a very difficult situation due to their handling of my reservation. The process felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and it seemed like decisions were made however the staff wanted rather than following proper procedures. Even giving them a 1-star rating is too generous; my experience was completely negative.

  Her zaman kiraladığım yer bana sigorta paketi yapmazsanız araç veremem dedi telefonda yani neye göre böyle bir şey söylendi bilmiyorum ama bu tavır hiç hoş değil.

  تجربة الاستئجار جيدة وسريعة والاسترجاع كانت ممتازة لولا الموظف اسمه جيك عندما اردت من طلب استلام السيارة لم يتفاعل بالشكل المطلوب ولم يتواصل مع زملائه لخدمتي انا اكتفى باكمال المكالمة الهاتفية التي لديه ويقول لي 5 انتظر خمس دقايق !! هل الاهم خدمة العميل الدي امامك ام ماذا
