  Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Enterprise Rent-A-Car im Marmara Forum ein Auto gemietet und war wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Fahrzeug war nahezu neuwertig und hat meinen Aufenthalt in der Türkei sehr erleichtert. Besonders Ömer Bey und das ganze Team waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert – ohne Druck und ohne Stress. Auch die Verlängerung der Miete war problemlos möglich, obwohl ich das Auto fast einen Monat hatte. Ein weiteres Plus: Trotz der Grösse des Marmara Forums ist die Autovermietung sehr gut ausgeschildert und auch die Rückgabe im Parkhaus ist einfach zu finden. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier mieten. Vielen Dank an Ömer Bey und das gesamte Team! 🙏

  I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Enterprise at the Marmara Forum branch in Istanbul. First, I was offered a lower-class vehicle than the one I had originally reserved. When I refused this downgrade, I was then told that there was an issue with my passport and my reservation was cancelled. At one point, I was even told that I should go to the police, which made absolutely no sense to me. My passport is valid, and there is clearly no issue with it. I later rented a car from another reputable company, Europcar, using the exact same passport without any problems. I honestly do not understand how this situation was handled. It felt like decisions were made arbitrarily and not according to any clear company policy. Because of this experience, I will not rent from Enterprise again, and I cannot recommend this company to others. That night I was left in a very difficult situation due to their handling of my reservation. The process felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and it seemed like decisions were made however the staff wanted rather than following proper procedures. Even giving them a 1-star rating is too generous; my experience was completely negative.
