I had a prepaid luxury car reservation for 3 days in Istanbul, but the employee was rude and refused to rent me the car because of a small issue with the driving license information, which has never happened to me before although I rent cars internationally very often. I was with my family and children and we waited for a long time with no help or solution. I went to another rental company afterward and rented a car immediately with no issues at all. Very unprofessional service. Would not recommend.
- ADA DuMay 26, 20261.0أسوأ تجربة تأجير مرت علي بحياتي. تم رفض تأجيري سيارة بالرخصة السعودية بحجة “تاريخ الميلاد” بطريقة غير مفهومة وغير احترافية، وبعدها خسرت حجز ومبلغ سيارة فخمة بدون أي محاولة لحل الموضوع أو احترام العميل. الموظف ياسين كان تعامله سيئ جدًا ومستفز، ورفض حتى يخليني أكلم المدير أو أي مسؤول أعلى منه، وكأن العميل ماله أي قيمة. إذا هذا مستوى خدمة العملاء عندكم فهذه كارثة فعلًا. عدم احترام، سوء تنظيم، وتعامل يخليك تندم إنك دخلت المكان من الأساس. لن أكرر التجربة أبدًا ولا أنصح أي شخص يتعامل معه
