- DMDjwar MohamadDec 28, 20241.0Leider kann ich diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Die Erfahrungen, die ich gemacht habe, waren durchweg negativ. Es wurden immer andere Fahrzeuge bereitgestellt als die, die ursprünglich gebucht wurden. Die Autos sind oft in schlechtem Zustand und verfügen nicht einmal über grundlegende Ausstattungen wie Parksensoren. Zudem hatte ich ein Fahrzeug, das trotz angezogener Handbremse nicht sicher stand – ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko! Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Versicherung: Am Schalter wird man gezwungen, eine zusätzliche Versicherung abzuschließen, deren Kosten später nicht erstattet werden. Alles in allem rate ich dringend davon ab, bei dieser Firma ein Auto zu mieten. Finger weg davon !!!!!!

Baska Araba yokmus ellerindede falan filan, bizi cok magdur bıraktılar cünkü bize benzeri Tarz bile veremiyorlar ve hic bir Firma da Araba kalmamıstı. Sadece Fevzi Durmaz Bey sayesinde Dogu Tur Tatilimiz kurtuldu, bize cok büyük cabalar sayesinde on numara bir araba verebildi, Volvo XC60 ve cok iyi durumudadı Arac. Artık hep YORK dan kiralicaz arabalımızı, her sene geldigimiz icin ve cok Akrabalarımız oldugu icin Antepe gelen, Alamo icin cok iyi Müsteriyi rakipe kaybetmis oldular.
