  Auto okay, allerdings müssten wir mit Gepäck von terminal 2 zu terminal 1, es wurde kein shuttle angeboten. War nur mit Taxi möglich, zurück das gleiche. Null Service. Schade

  Nicht gut auto war nicht das was wir gebucht hatten, desweiterem 1 Std Wartezeit, sobald Frauen auf dem Gelände sind arbeite der Kopf nicht mehr beim Personal. Nicht beim jedem aber war schon kurz davor den she-hulk rauszuholen

  Avoid!!!! Other poor reviews here reflect our experience. These cowboys formula to steal your money is as follows - 1. Flight has a delay 2. You as a customer advise Alamo of such. 3. The airport office is closed when you arrived 4. You call them and they might answer and tell you to head to carpark office (north) 5. You wait MINIMUM 30 mins (some folks had waited 60mins+) 6. They say your car ‘needs cleaning’ and will be a 45 minute wait (despite complaints) BUT a much more expensive car is available NOW! 7. Insurance this, extra that, all very confusing for the weary traveller… 8. After two hours you finally have a car. We dropped off at Dalaman with no issues fortunately and deposit refund was processed same day AND we got a nice new puegeot 2008. this is why they get even one star.

  Do not use this company, they will fleece you out of money with random insurance charges. Also, it's not here it's in Antalya airport, which is a shame because it's better off in the woods away from people...
