  Found a used van online called and spoke with Andrew and drove over 2 hours to come and look at it. Andrew and his team made the buying process very easy.

  I first called up their to inquire about the availability and make an offer the salesman says he'll go talk to the manager and see gets back on the phone and says his price is firm 3k over the price on their website. You point out the website and they say oh yeah we are firm at that price. Then you agree to a price, you get the bait and switch!!! They will negotiate a price with you, to get you in the door, refuse to send you numbers via email just trust us we got you, and when you show up they add on fees beyond what you negotiated. You say this isn't what was negotiated and show them the message traffic and they just say oh well this is the best we can do with you in the store, after they make you sit around for over an hour twiddling your thumbs on a day you are the only customer in the place. Keep telling you they are different than other dealerships, I now believe them. They are much worse. Needless to say I walked out. And don't even attempt to ask for two key fobs with your purchase, that is just way out of line, they cannot afford that. Alex I have seen your computer generated reply. I have already emailed you. My contact information is in your inbox. im looking forward to speaking with you. Alex, it has been over week and I still haven't heard from you.

  I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Bob and they both went out of their way to make buying a car the easiest process. They were both professional and beyond kind!
