They stated they were short staff but i seen at least 6 people working if not 7. This long wait was in both bays. I never seen some of them move so slow in life working in this field.

The staff clearly operate on a different clock — one where urgency simply doesn’t exist. Watching them work was like observing a live demonstration of “how not to hurry.” I guess efficiency just isn’t part of the training here.

The techs are just walking around slow and have no sense of urgency anymore. It used to be great place but the guy came to my car acting annoyed more than sorry. Just go next door prices aren’t cheaper but you’ll get done without waiting an hour per vehicle. Hopefully they get better.
