I reserved shower at 10:54pm on 12-20-25 all I did was wait in hallway for shower to be completed, lady that’s cleaning shower ask me to step around the corner so she can complete cleaning the shower, she says she doesn’t want anyone in the hall while she’s cleaning shower, remind you she can out that same shower 3 different times & saw me standing at entrance of hallway while on my phone, never said a word….all of a sudden she says that to me. When I didn’t do what she asked she had my shower cancelled. I’ve been driving trucks going on 22 years, not one time have I had any woman from the many Pilot/Flying J ask me to move while they clean shower. Made me feel like some kind of way I will never come to this Pilot again store #4596
- SSSirMCraftalotDec 18, 20251.0If you are in a sprinter van, the manager has the maintenance person come around in the morning knock and run you off. They don't do it to trucks. They don't do it to pov, car,, truck, van. Only sprinters. And there is at least 40 empty parking spots.

But thing that amazes me is I can’t get a shower on the app loves and Petro ta I can flying j and pilots are the only one I can’t get a shower on. Might want to fix that guys. I couldn’t wait hrs for a shower so I left I’ll try another trucks stop.
