    I've been a customer for about 2 years now. This car wash could be a LOT better. There is always a terrible sulfur smell that enters your car when going through. I do not experience this at other Take 5 locations or any other wash, so this doesn't seem like it should be expected. I've started to turn OFF the vents when going through to help with this. Recently, one of the horizontal scrubber wheels has been broken. It just hangs down and drags across the vehicle. Previously it would wash the windshield and top of the vehicle. On my last visit I noticed one side of it is now hanging lower. It seems that maintenance is lacking here. We try to just go to the one in Franklin Ky instead.

    Appreciated the cleaning supplies. Vacuum was subpar. The GM was so rude and condescending. Will not come back
