- MOmatthew oconnorJan 4, 20263.0I have been here a couple of times for oil changes. They did a fine job on that. However, I came back and asked them to do my rear brakes on a 2015 GMC Sierra, I paid extra for OEM parts. Experience 5000 miles of really bad squeaking. I thought it was a break-in period. I took the brakes apart only to discover that nothing had been cleaned or greased; not the shims not the caliper pins. The rust had not been removed from the hub nor the caliper holders. This is brakes 101. In the past, I would’ve done it myself. I just didn’t have time and assumed they would do a fine job since they were a new and clean upstanding business. Once I cleaned and greased these parts properly no more squeaking. I can only recommend them for oil changes.

Keysean, the Service manager checked it out, spent 10-15 mins trying to find the right fuses but did not have them . He told me to go to auto parts store get the fuses and bring them back and he would install them. I did as he said and he did as he said. After getting the fuses, Keysean installed them. He spent maybe 15-20minutes total and when I asked him how much, he said $0 (zero). Wow, I was astonished. He said he was glad to help. Now that's service (and with a friendly smile) that you rarely see anymore. Made my day! Thanks Keysean

Zaine was a great leader, was training Landon while running another stall, dude is impressive! Put him in charge! Kayla (I think) was also fantastic. Thanks for having a waiting area with coffee as well. Gave me a coupon we used that day as well. I will be back!
