  I’m writing on behalf of my parents, who had a very upsetting experience here while driving home from Florida. While passing through Tennessee, one of their tires blew out, and they stopped hoping for a quick replacement. They were told the shop would not replace just the damaged tire — or even two tires — and that they had to purchase all four tires or they would not help them at all. As travelers stranded far from home, this was extremely stressful. Refusing to provide any reasonable option in an emergency situation is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if traveling through the area.

  Morgan was incredible, the service here is exceptional. We use to use Valvoline but the service and experience we get here is much better. The techs communicate well and are always polite. I would recommend this to anyone especially if punched for time and just want simple easy service.

  I had an incredibly positive experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I especially want to recognize Kaylee for her outstanding customer service. I recently bought a car for my 16-year-old daughter and initially took it to a competitor in town. Unfortunately, they completely misdiagnosed the issue, had me waiting on a delayed part that wasn’t even needed, and asked me to drop the car off multiple times—only to later tell me the part never arrived. I left that experience frustrated and disappointed. I decided to take the car to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and from the moment I walked in, the difference was clear. Kaylee helped me right away, along with her manager, and they immediately took the time to properly diagnose the issue. They tracked down a part and had it there the very next morning. Once they realized that the previous shop’s diagnosis was incorrect and that the part wasn’t needed, they were completely honest with me. They quickly ordered the correct part, had it the same day, and fixed the problem without unnecessary upselling or runaround. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. They’ve absolutely earned my trust and my business going forward. I’m very grateful they opened in our small town—it’s reassuring to finally have a reliable, honest option locally. Thanks again to Kaylee and the entire team!

  I’ve been a long-time customer at Express Oil Change in Hendersonville and was excited when they opened a White House location. Oil changes have always been great, but my experience with a repair request was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in because my horn wasn’t working and was told that parts could be ordered quickly (within hours) and the repair completed within a day. After dropping my car off, I did not receive any follow-up and had to call myself shortly before closing, only to be told they planned to keep my car over the weekend - which wasn’t going to work and I planned to bring it in once the part arrived. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly had to call for updates and was often told someone would follow up, but that happened maybe once. I was also given different explanations about the delay and the part needed, and the information didn’t seem consistent. It felt like my repair simply wasn’t a priority and in the end, it seems to me like they just didn’t want to do it. I was ill the day I dropped my car off and was not planning to go inside, my husband was going to drop the keys off for me, but staff came out to the car instead. Given my condition and appearance at the time, I would hope that did not affect how my situation was handled. Overall, the lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. I’ll take my car elsewhere for repairs. Very disappointed with the White House experience.
