  This store in white house is a joke. Every time its a unique and different experience and not for the good. The employees don't have a clue on what they are doing and returning items of any kind is a nightmare. Whether it being tool rentals or items purchased that where not right. I have been a customer of thus store for years but I have had enough. The only reason I ever used them was because of the $20 you can save but in thus case is not worth it. I will stick to rockauto or another automotive store.

  Stopped in for new wiper blades. They went above and beyond. Not only helped me find the model, but verified they fit on the truck. Gave me a discount which let me have a jug of washer fluid for free. I came from the northeast, and guess what, Southern hospitality is a real thing. I will be back multiple times. it’s the little things. Something like that gains a customer for life. I recommend this store 100%.

  My son stopped in while traveling home to Ohio from Alabama because my car was throwing a code electronic power assist steering. He attempted to ask a couple simple questions and the guy was very rude to say the least. Said why don’t you people check your vehicles before taking a trip. Not sure what his problem was but I’ve never dealt with such an arrogant rude Auto Zone employee in my life. All this took place while I was on the phone with my son trying to walk him through what he might need. The guy refused to check the code as well. This employee should not be in any type of customer service position.
