  I’ve been an AutoZone customer since 1988. When I was 17 with my first used car, this was the only place that kept me on the road. Back then, getting the right part meant the difference between being stuck at home on a Friday night or being out having the time of my life. ​That history of reliability is why I’ve stayed loyal for decades, and their Rewards program (5 separate $20+ transactions gets you a $20 credit) was a great "thank you" for that loyalty. However, it really highlights how much the world has changed! In 1988, a battery was only $40. If this rewards program had existed back then, that $20 credit would have covered half the bill! Today, with batteries hitting $200, that same $20 reward feels a bit more like a "participation trophy." ​I still love this place for the parts and the help, but I’ve learned to be a savvy shopper on the "cosmetic" side. I recently paid $13 for Meguiar’s leather conditioner here, then saw it at Walmart a week later for $6.99. ​The Verdict: AutoZone is my go-to for the "greasy" stuff and the great advice, but I’m definitely double-checking the prices in the wax and spray aisle from now on!

  This store in white house is a joke. Every time its a unique and different experience and not for the good. The employees don't have a clue on what they are doing and returning items of any kind is a nightmare. Whether it being tool rentals or items purchased that where not right. I have been a customer of thus store for years but I have had enough. The only reason I ever used them was because of the $20 you can save but in thus case is not worth it. I will stick to rockauto or another automotive store.
