- MFMark Faber4 days ago5.0This was my first visit to my local Valvoline Instant Oil Change, here in Tullahoma. I was greeted by James in the parking lot and directed how to proceed with my service. Once I was positioned in the bay for service, Dylan professionally guided me though "the process." I could not have been more pleased at the service and professionalism I received. EVERYTHING was clearly explained to me. I was impressed by the organizational thoroughness, fair pricing and clear explanations. I was happy to learn that I can have additional services besides oil changes completed here. Along with my oil change, I had my differential fluid changed and will be returning for coolant replacement, once needed. DYLAN and team were terrific. I shall return AND HIGHLY RECOMEND! Thank you.

I came back twice with many questions before committing to some expensive service, transfer case fluid, transmission, and both differentials. They tolerated me and were patient with my questions. Ultimately earning my service.

I swung by here on a Monday Afternoon, after a short wait outside we rolled in and were greeted by Jerry who was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the options for what my vehicle was coming due for scheduled maintenance wise and let me know what each of the services cost etc... The full synthetic runs about 100$ I know I can get it done cheaper, but Jerry makes you feel better about putting the right amount of oil in and double checking to make sure caps are on tools are accounted for and im not gonna be down the road with my hazards on chillin in the breeze 😉. If i didn't get the warm fuzzy I get here I'd do it myself I have the time.

They even informed me the bolt head was about striped & replaced it at no charge. GREAT PLACE!!! GREAT TEAM!!
