  I have a lowered Mustang that needed an oil change and was turned down by two shops with lifts and three others that had pits due to the car being so low without them ever putting in effort to check clearance before rejecting the work. I pulled into the Valvoline quick lube and a very friendly young lady named Madison was more than happy to help get me signed in and was willing to verify if my car would clear their pit to have the work completed. After a brief wait for the tech to finish the customer in front of me I was able to slowly pull over their pit(minimal dragging at the first part of entry) and they began work on my car immediately. Work was completed in a timely manner with both the tech and Madison maintaining a friendly and professional attitude the entire time. This shop will be the only shop I will take my Mustang to from now on for any of the fluid change related work. Thank you and your team for at least being willing to check and allow my lowered Mustang to have the work it needed to be completed.

  Very friendly service, but I have a concern with the suggested return time on my oil change, i paid 100$ for the full synthetic and the recommended return date is 3 months or 3k miles, which is (according to my research) much lower than it should be. Sticker reads 5w30 vfsb

  I got pulled over today because both my brake lights were burned out. I came to the Valvoline as soon as I got off work and while trying to replace the bulb it was discovered that the burnt bulb melted something…Ozion, Jerry, and Sammy spent well over 30 minutes working to get the remnants of the other bulb out and to get the new bulb in. It would been so easy to tell me they couldn’t do it and leave it up to me to figure it out. They absolutely went above and beyond to help me and for that I’m incredibly grateful!

  This was my first visit to my local Valvoline Instant Oil Change, here in Tullahoma. I was greeted by James in the parking lot and directed how to proceed with my service. Once I was positioned in the bay for service, Dylan professionally guided me though "the process." I could not have been more pleased at the service and professionalism I received. EVERYTHING was clearly explained to me. I was impressed by the organizational thoroughness, fair pricing and clear explanations. I was happy to learn that I can have additional services besides oil changes completed here. Along with my oil change, I had my differential fluid changed and will be returning for coolant replacement, once needed. DYLAN and team were terrific. I shall return AND HIGHLY RECOMEND! Thank you.
