Yeah that’s what it was like today for truck maintenance. S/O to Daylen, Alexander, and the rest of the crew for being on point.
- ADAmos DouttJan 6, 20262.0Thee young men need to do efficiently checks behind each other, they left the oil filler cap off my engine ,when I got home oil was all over underneath the hood and cap was not on ,I took it back to the oil change center and they found the oil cap on top of the radiator and installed it and tried to clean it,now I have to get the engine compartment clean properly.

The man was so attentive and helpful. He answered any questions I had about what kind of oil change, a dash light that was on, and my tires. He filled them for free and gave me a car air freshener with the return sticker. Both of the employees were above board. I recommend.

- SPSam PetersDec 21, 20252.0Got a basic oil change on my 2018 Tacoma. An hour after leaving the facility the "add oil" light came on. Oil was dripping from the bottom of the engine and the dipstick was dry. Of course it was after business hours by that time. I left a message via email and customer review and got a call back the next morning around noon. The area manager sent someone out to the truck and they did another oil change in the parking lot telling me the filter was not replaced correctly (double gasketed). I'm giving two stars because of the quality of service once the problem was ID'd. (although, I'd expect a final follow up call which hasn't happened). Really disappointed in having to burden my family for rides to and from work because a PRO couldn't do a simple oil change correctly and left me without my vehicle for 24 hours. More than that, I'm concerned with what lasting damage may have occurred to an otherwise perfectly running vehicle. I won't use the location that gave this service. I'm on the fence on sticking with the company at all.
