- JSJimmie SweetonDec 2, 20251.0I took my car in to see what was wrong with it was still under warranty said it was the thermostat I told them to go ahead and fix it it's under warranty did not know I had a $200 deductible and they won't pay to flush the engine so I'm stuck with a $350 bill for a thermostat thats a joke who charges $350 to change a thermostat that is very easy accessible please dont buy any vehicle from Payless Auto in tullahoma

Charged me for over $145 just for the "assessment" but I knew something was up because the kind of lift they put it on and they never got high enough to look up underneath. They just gave me a paper stating for $2100 dollars they could fix all of my broken mounts. I drove home and looked at 2 mounts and they were fine. Only my top dogbone mount was bad and I'm going to replace my cv axle because that's the grinding/clicking. Do not bring your car there. I brought it there because I was actually stumped on what it could be and believed them at first and was so down about spending over 2k on this car. They are liars and snakes. For the love of God please take your car anywhere else. They don't like to communicate with the customer at all and prefer you leave and come back
