  Came here with a car that needed the a ton of scrubbing to get that Tennessee sap off the paint. It’s cold and I didn’t want to do it. I get there and a fella named Trey comes out. He gives me some really solid advice on running it multiple times what kind of performance I should expect from the machine based on his experience with this type of sap. I get a membership pull up and a fella named Bubba starts scrubbing the snot out of my windows, cleans them up practically completely before I get into the building. I run it through the first time and you can tell the difference between what the machine got and what Bubba got. The man did a great job. I start vacuuming it out and lo and behold. Out comes Trey, looking it over, making sure he understands how it performed based on his expectations so he can stay up-to-date on giving good advice. I think this is the first time I ever went to a car wash and had guys who knew something about car wash. It’s like the difference in going to AutoZone where some person that just works there and can you use the computer to look up the thing that you need.. versus going to a place like O’Reilly where you got a bunch of good ol boys who like working on cars and can debug the problem from your explanation in our right 99 times out of 100. It was kind of a surreal experience. I don’t know why I didn’t expect the two fellows at the car wash to know anything about washing cars. By God they did and I got a cleaner car because of it. Also, those poor guys are shivering the whole time they’re out here. It’s like 34°and they’re outside working hard Two fellas at the same car wash who know about washing cars and are working their butts off in 34° weather shivering. At a car wash. I just really didn’t expect it. Maybe I need to raise my expectations for car washes.
