  The upselling at this location is getting out of hand. I asked to be shown the least expensive battery they carried for a particular vehicle. The associate I spoke with kept showing me the higher end batteries, saying that's what their computers were suggesting. I was there for ten minutes before he finally showed me the cheapest battery they had, which was a full $80 less than the cheapest one that was "suggested". Normally, AutoZone is my go- to store. However, this is the third time in recent trips in the last two years where the salesmen on staff put a lot of pressure and emphasis on purchasing the pricier products after requesting the most basic thing available. I wasn't going to shop around at first, but their pushy approach made me think twice. I called Advanced Auto, O'Reilly's and Walmart TLE, and they were all happy to quote me with the lowest-priced batteries over the phone without any hassle. Walmart was the winner, being $84 cheaper than anything AutoZone was willing to show me.

  I was looking for a pro elite glass cleaning wand, and the Decherd store didn't have any. I looked around online, and all the parts houses here in Winchester, so I called the AutoZone in Tullahoma Tennessee. I talked to Cory there, And he was very nice and professional. He's transferring it over to the Decherd store so I don't have to go real far to pick it up! I consider Cory's actions above and beyond! Thank you AutoZone for having top class people working in your store!
