I've never in my life encountered such poor customer service. And the way they treat their customers is astounding to me. Id hate to see how their treating their employees behind them closed doors. And I've heard through the grapevine that they don't even have working cameras or audio recordings in the store so the employees and managers pretty much just do and say whatever they please because they know it'll be nothing but hear say if someone reports them. The entire establishment in my personal opinion should be closed down. Or an entire new team with better sense of professionalism put in place.

We were not sure which ones to purchase. He chose the mid range ones and got out in the rain and changed them for us. This is the type of customer service that people used to get but don't anymore. Highly recommend going to this place for any automotive parts.
