The Valvoline near me didn't want to make things right, so I had to take care of it myself in a hotel parking lot. I'm on a 12k+ mile road trip and for the first time in my nearly 40 years of driving, I paid someone else to change my oil...once I got over losing some of my manhood and brushed aside the "quick oil change" horror stories I've heard, I realized after my time here, that I should have done it much sooner! For about $30 more than doing it myself, I got to sit in my car with the dog and let this well-oiled machine of techs, led by an awesome manager, not only change my oil but make sure everything else was good to go. They also gave me specific advice/timelines on when certain systems should get a revisit/their scheduled maintenance during my trip. As a Veteran, I also appreciate them giving me a discount when they saw my plates. If I lived in the local area, I would be extremely thankful to have these guys available to help me keep my vehicles running as long as they can run at peak performance. THANKS GUYS!!!!
