Best experience getting oil changed or tires done or fluids checked....no matter what he will make sure you are taken care of. COREY!!!! You're the best!!!!!
- ALAbigail Lynam5 days ago1.0Got an oil change and tire rotation here, drove 2 minutes down the road home everything was great. Couple hours later go to leave town and something is dragging on the interstate. My skid plate was not properly reattached after the oil change. I drive a 2026 Honda it’s a brand new car! Thank goodness it wasn’t completely ripped off at interstate speed and hurt anyone. The staff who I reported it to were very kind, mistakes happen- I understand that. But this could have seriously injured someone. I went here for convenience. But I will be making the longer trip to the dealership from now on just for the peace of mind. $145 for a service to be done unsafely is not okay. Update: When I called to notify the store of the incident a manger told me to bring it in and he would personally correct it. When I got there, the person I had spoke to on the phone 20 minutes prior was not there. The man who fixed it, Paul, was very kind and told me he was unable to offer a refund. They did replace the missing screws and offered a discount on next service but I feel unsafe taking my car back. So a future discount does me no good. After looking at the pictures of it hanging and it now corrected- the skid plate had been put on completely wrong.
