  Gavin was very helpful today in making sure my car wash was successful. He removed a mark on my vehicle caused by road debris. All good now!!! Thank you, Gavin, for taking the time to find the solution to my problem .....great customer service!!!

  First time user, now absolutely a last time user. Use extreme caution with this particular car wash location. After hearing a loud bang and exiting the wash, I noticed the upper third break light on the back of my Escalade was hanging off. I filed a damage report but shortly thereafter they denied my claim. I got a standard, lawyer written, generic denial email. I found out after using them this company has a history of denying any responsibility for damages. I went into the car wash with a fully functional intact brake light and exited with a broken brake light. This should have been a simple claim. They suggest they did a thorough investigation which is nonsense. I doubt they reviewed the video or examined their internal equipment as they suggested, stating it wasn't their fault. No one personally or carefully inspect the brake light and mounting bracket which clearly documented that there was no deterioration, cracking or flaws with the parts. They take advantage of their customers by making it nearly impossible to prove your case. What a great business model, deny, deny, deny, and claim it's not their fault. I would recommend that you DO NOT USE them and share this with as many people as you can to save them the headaches and loss I experienced.

  BEWARE OF SCRATCHES! Not swirl marks, but major scratches. Unfortunately, after using this car wash for months, the quality is no longer acceptable. I took my new, less than 2 months old, truck in for a wash twice, and both times it received a scratch over an inch long near the gas cap. On the second time, I also had multiple scratches on my tailgate. I filed a claim after talking with the attendant. He remembers me from the first time I got a scratch. I received an email from the Incident Team denying my claim since they said they did not find any fault by them. How convenient. I guess they expect you to take a video of your vehicle before every visit. The attendant told me he's seen instances before and said they only wash the pads at night. I've heard good things about Great White Express Car Wash next door and never had an issue there. It's $2 more per month, but I guess you get what you pay for. Plus, there is no sticker on your windshield. Pictures are included. 1st photo is from the 1st time, the rest of the photos are from the second time.
