  Made an appointment for tire rotation. Have waited for more than an hour and still waiting. What is the point of making an appointment if the delay is this long. I can understand some delay but not an hour and still waiting and the car has not moved!

  Fastest and Best service I have ever had on vehicle! On Saturday my family and I were going to be traveling home from vacation when our Tahoe started making grinding sounds consistently the night before. Not wanting to put my families safety at risk or be broke down on the side of the interstate I started the search for automotive service. After calling several places, explaining I was traveling trying to get home TD was the only one that offered a free inspection but stated it could be a few hour wait to get in. I showed up to TD and explained to the lady what the situation was and that I really need to on the road ASAP if at all possible. She asked Charlie to look at it right away. Charlie and I took a drive and he listened to everything I said respectfully, Charlie suspected a wheel bearing or loose hardware. When we got back Charlie said it could be an 30mins or so before he knows. Charlie had it on a rack within 10mins and had a diagnoses for me. He took me to the shop floor to show me that the wheel bearing was shot and had to be replaced said it would be a few hours. Thankfully I was close to a friends house who lives in Spring Hill, I got a call an hour later the repair was done. The price was a bit higher than what I would have paid at home, but I realize I was in a different state/town. Regardless the service I got was worth it. My family and I were able to get on the road and head home due to this great service and team work at TD. Charlie is the kind of guy that makes service places like this great. They are true gems. You can tell he is a seasoned mechanic and loves what he does. He is clearly the hardest worker at this place and was working circles around the rest of the guys. I’m a third generation backyard mechanic and it’s refreshing when you find someone like Charlie. If I lived in Spring Hill I would be a faithful customer. Thank you TD, I appreciate the urgency and service you gave to us!

  Overall great experience at Tire Discounters. Charles went above and beyond to help me and was friendly and attentive. However, the woman working today at pickup had a terrible attitude and subtracted from the otherwise perfect experience. But I won’t let a bad apple spoil the bunch. I will DEFINITELY return in the future.

  I called around needing some assistance with checking a tire that kept dropping quickly and nobody had apts to get me in for over a week. This place got me in next day! The guy who greeted me was so friendly and professional! Quent inspected my tire and took the time to show me what was wrong which I appreciated. After discussing replacement tire options he was able to help me get the price to an affordable amount which is very much appreciated too. This place is awesome! Second time coming here for the same issue and was happy both times!

  DO NOT COME HERE EVER If I could give this place negative stars I would! GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE INSTEAD / YOU have been warned!! * also any positive reviews on here are absolutely paid / family/ employees - they are FAKE , but nice try* Needed new tires , generally use discount tire , but needed an alignment, so ended up here instead . First of all, the “woman” working in there is the least professional person I have ever seen, all the other reviews referencing her are 100% spot on, and indicate we are absolutely talking about the same person. To start things off - incredibly rude , clearly does not know what she is doing , and cannot do math (had to correct her multiple times and her response was a blank stare). Car was dropped off at 1:00 - I was promised 4:30 for 4 new tires to be placed. I come back at 4:30 expecting maybe to wait a few minutes, I’m not completely unreasonable (I now have my 3 kids with me after school pick up). I go in to check in and I’m offered an upsell on something I don’t need - I just wanted to pick my car up . This young man looks at me and states he has NOT even started yet . NOT EVEN started. I am now irritated , ask how long - he says 30 min. I say okay, I have my 3 kids with me- need to move this along. The real horror was sitting in the waiting room watching and listening to the woman behind the desk cuss , chat , talk to a friend , get red bulls, basically do ANYTHING but work . My 7 yr old repeatedly pointed out that she was cussing out loud for everyone to hear ( we weren’t the only ones in the building). We wait and WAIT - until nearly 6 pm for my car to be done. I watched employees chat , be on their phones , all while my car was sitting out front waiting for them to bring up my paperwork . I had to ask multiple times if it was ready - no one cared, no apology , nothing . The cherry on top is how dirty the place is inside - dingy, unclean. Whoever is in charge needs to read these reviews and do something !! I am still absolutely appalled and would rather PAY to have my oil changed elsewhere than use the free one that came with my tires . I can only imagine an oil change would take many many hours and probably be done incorrectly based off the decorum and work ethic of this staff. There is not one thing about this staff that indicates they are professional, knowledgeable or care about customer service . There was an older gentleman upfront (much older) he seemed kind and was not doing anything inappropriate , but you could tell by his body language he was disgusted with his fellow employees .
