I visited this location about a few weeks ago to inquire about purchasing some tires. The woman behind the counter greeted me, I then asked if she could check whether they had the tires I wanted in stock. I barely managed to say the brand before she cut me off, saying they didn’t have them because they were discontinued and she wouldnt be able to order them either. She didn’t wait for the type or size. The brand and the specific tire are absolutely not discontinued. In fact, it’s a newly released version and is listed as available on their Tire Discounters website as available for this location.
When I mentioned that, only then did she offer to look up the tire. At that point, I told her not to bother and walked out. It was obvious to me that she didnt want to do any type of work
I don’t want to do business with a company that employs someone who dismisses a customer so quickly. Im not even in sales and Id know better than to dismiss someone, Id offer to find a comparable tire or something.... Based on this interaction, and other recent reviews of this location it’s clear to me that this location doesn’t prioritize customer service. Id steer clear of this location

Over the years this has been an excellent place to have service on a vehicle.
I no longer feel this way. I stopped by days in advance to get the parts ordered for my service. I arrived to my appointment to find out they only had a portion of what I had requested. Not because they didn’t come in, but because they sold them to someone else! WOW! Just WOW!
To make this worse I also had to deal with a smart mouth young woman that couldn’t care less about this!!!

When making an appointment, your customers should not have to wait 2.5-3hrs for an oil change/tire rotation. This has happened on the last 2 visits. I am done with TD. I have been a customer for 15yrs, all of my personal and work vehicles are no longer going to be serviced by you. I will gladly pay the extra for the tire rotation to a local business who respects and honors the appointments made. Goodbye.

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
