    Was a quick and easy wash while I was on the road to get off the bug juice. And Dillon came over and offered me air fresheners which was nice because I was traveling with my dog

    The new Manager, Dylan caught me vacuuming my car and introduced himself and told me what to expect going forward. He told me he was bringing back the free air fresheners. I shared my frustration with the vacuums being hit or miss and he encouraged me to make sure I inform any employee that is available if something is not working properly with the suction. I also informed him that I noticed the guy inside the car wash took his time to scrub the front of my car, windshields and back of the car. Previously, the person would spray the car and keep it moving. I could tell the guy today was very intentional about trying to remove debris. I hope this continues to be the norm. My interaction with Dylan helped me feel comfortable about staying a customer and not cancelling my membership.

    I had a fantastic experience at take 5 car Wash when I pulled up there was a young man named Dallas he is very helpful and cheerful on how to pick out what plan would be fit for me for my car and he helped me guide in when I was a nervous wreck and calm me down about how to pull into the car wash very helpful thank you My car looks great thanks too take five car wash I will be back again and telling all my friends
