- SWSue Walker3 days ago1.0I brought my 2020 XT5 in on 1/7/26 to Spring Hill Express Oil Change for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me that my Control Arm and Ball Joints needed to be replaced because the boots were ripped and the ball joints were not stable. I have an extended warranty on this car, so I took it to Stan McNabb to have repaired. After a diagnostic inspection, they told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the control arm/ball joints/boots and that there was no repair needed. This was my go-to place for oil changes and tire rotations, but sadly because of this mis-information, I will not be returning. I do not trust that they will be honest with me.

Josh W. pulled the melted one out in a matter of a few minutes, replaced it with a new one and said No Charge ‼️‼️ What a relief to be able to tell if our oil level is low between oil changes!! WONDERFUL JOB JOSH W. Thank you!!
