After looking at them, he said he couldn’t do it, but would get me in with the mechanics. That’s where DJ stepped in. He did what was needed…..actually lying on his back and scooting under the rear bumper with a light and driver. He was very ok with me watching and “lending a hand” so I could learn. After replacing the bulbs, Gary (manager) took care of closing out the charges and making sure I was happy with the service. Bottom line…..they have solidified my returning for as long as I’m in this area! Amazing customer service and incredible communication! Thank you!!!!
