- CWCody Worden1 day ago1.0Never again will allow these guys to ruin a vacation. Day of pick up was informed they did not have our vehicle or anything close to the same size. Hotel reservations and plans ruined, with no way to get there. I’m not sure I understand the concept of a reservation. How can you make a reservation a month in advance and then the day of not even have a car even close to the size that you need. Even more surprising was there was no effort to work with other locations. I was told that other locations don’t want to give away their vehicles. I couldn’t make sense of this at all, and therefore, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere and avoid all the heartache. I suggest you do the same. The convenience of the Spring Hill location is not worth it. I would love if enterprise would contact me.
