The whole staff was amazing! I called the day prior and spoke to Arjay to confirm my reservation. Within a few seconds of him picking up, I happened to drop my phone and hit the End Call button. He immediately called me right back, even though it was my fault! He confirmed that they would have the vehicle I needed and was extremely pleasant. When we went to pick up the car the next day, Arjay was there and just as friendly as he had been over the phone. He helped get us settled into the minivan, and while he was pulling it around, we got to chatting with Jaren who was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We really can’t say enough great things about this location and we will definitely recommend it to anyone needing a rental car in the local area. Thank you all so much for taking great care of us!!

Absolute professionals. RJ was a pleasure to deal with— courteous and customer focused. Observed him dealing with a difficult customer who was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the staff. RJ was calm, cool and in control. I’ll be back!!

I type this review as my wife and kids have left me and are sitting in another man’s rental car (he booked with Hertz). We had the perfect plan for our first trip with friends. Two families, one car. We had a car booked 2 weeks in advance. Called multiple times to ensure they would have the car. The night before get a call saying they didn’t have one but would have it the next morning. Well the morning came and these clowns still didn’t have a car. When I told my wife the news she immediately said “that’s it, I’m done”. Yes, you guessed it….she left me! This was supposed to be THE trip and the one thing I was responsible for I couldn’t deliver on. Now sitting here with no wife, no kids, and no cool rental car way out of my budget
all because the clowns at Enterprise Spring Hill.

Booked a large SUV two weeks in advance. Called several days before to ensure there would be one. Enterprise promised a car would be there. Morning of, get a call from an associate (not manager) to inform me they would not have a car. Let's be honest, they blatantly lied and knew a car wouldn't be there. Manager swore they would have a car by afternoon and they never came through. We understand it's a busy weekend but don't flat out lie to your customer when you knew you could never fulfill the car rental. Seems as though this issue is recurring.
