    I've rented vehicles for work and personal use all over the country. This is definitely different than the rest of them. I was given no choice of vehicles (except for the online choice), I was told that I couldn't park there and then I was told that I would receive a ride home when I brought it back, but not on Saturday due to manpower. My vehicle had a bad tire (slow leak) that was missing the valve stem cap and it had stains on the tire that looked like fix a flat. Pictures attached. I didn't notice it when I picked it up, that's on me. Enterprise wouldn't exchange it but recommended that I bring it to pep boys or Mavis. I had a week of meetings and I didn't have time for that. I got done with my meetings earlier than expected and figured I'd be considerate and call them to see if they had a preference on time between 2pm and closing on Friday to give me a ride home. I was told that they wouldn't give me a ride because I lived 3 miles outside of their 5 mile limit. I told them I was promised a ride and the rep who rented it to me was aware of my address. He explained the thought process of the original representative not knowing where I lived which is a great trick, even though he wasn't there. Customers used to be treated better. Especially repeat customers. I will not be back. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

    Never again will allow these guys to ruin a vacation. Day of pick up was informed they did not have our vehicle or anything close to the same size. Hotel reservations and plans ruined, with no way to get there. I’m not sure I understand the concept of a reservation. How can you make a reservation a month in advance and then the day of not even have a car even close to the size that you need. Even more surprising was there was no effort to work with other locations. I was told that other locations don’t want to give away their vehicles. I couldn’t make sense of this at all, and therefore, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere and avoid all the heartache. I suggest you do the same. The convenience of the Spring Hill location is not worth it. I would love if enterprise would contact me. Update: Noting the half-hearted face saving automatic response below, I have reached out via customer service and left my information for an Area Manager to contact me. I will be happy to update this review with an update if I am contacted by anyone at Enterprise. Second Update. No communication from Enterprise. The issue is still unresolved. Use this as a cautionary tale for others… don’t expect a vehicle despite making a reservation 1+ months in advance. Not sure how this business model is sustainable.
