I brought in a battery from another auto store and he said that he wanted to sell me a battery but believed I had a bad battery that was still under warranty. Sure enough I went 5 minutes down the road and guess what…Freddie was right. The battery was faulty and under warranty. Now AutoZone may not have sold a battery to me today but rest assured because of the honesty and pride Freddie had in the company AutoZone gained a customer. Thank you Freddie for saving our family $230. What a blessing you were today Freddie. 🙏🏼
