My trim piece on my window bent off completely and scratched my car. I made a claim. They took pictures. And then…it took them a full business week of me calling every day for them to tell me they won’t cover the $300 damage the car wash did to my 3 year old car because it’s an “adhesive problem.” It takes very little to do the right thing. And this place, and its owners did NOT do the right thing. The workers who I had to keep talking to were so kind and so apologetic, the owner and manager never had the decency to call me. Even a refund of the $20 I spent on this dumb car wash would have been decent. And it didn’t even do a good job cleaning my car!!!!! Ridiculous. Don’t go here.
