  I have always been a discount tire customer since I started driving. When I took my car And my less than a month old Tire to get patched I received no service. I was the first person in line and the line grew to the door and every passing associate told us the next person would be by shortly to help. 3 associates later And still, no one helped. I left and went to tire discounter. I went from I couldn’t get serviced to being immediately greeted upon entry and serviced on the spot and even though I have never been a customer and my warranty is with the competitor, they patched my tire for free. Definitely grateful that you guys were next-door to save the day!

  I went there twice. Both of those time service was so poor. They don't pay attention their job and no respect to coustomer. First time they forget to put back in my spare tire after tire service. 2nd i went there for oil changed and they forget to changed my sticker and reset.

  Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly when I picked up a screw and a bolt in my tire. Your kindness and professionalisms was greatly appreciated as was the patching of the holes without charge. You truly are a Godsend. Thank you again!!

  Bought a set of tires here and was told that I should have them balanced and rotated occasionally. Made an appointment to get this done and sat for three hours untill I was late for work and was forced to demand my truck back so I could go to work. Several months later I noticed a slow leak in the right rear tire , I told them that I was aware of the wear on the tire and I just need it repaired as this time. After waiting again the repair was refused because the tire was worn...I am a mechanic and the tire is definitely repairable especially if patched instead of plugged. I asked to speak with Zach and he said he was too busy typing something on the computer......this will be the last time I buy tires here. Trying to strong arm me into buying a new tire while advertising free repair is unacceptable and I won't be back

  Still sitting here but I have to say Brandon that helped me in the lobby was amazing. I spoke with him briefly but he was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything and I felt like he actually listened to what I had to say wich is becomes harder to find nowadays. Hopefully the service is just as good as my experience so far.
