  I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dominick (DJ) at Mister Car Wash. I was having a really bad day, and DJ completely turned it around with his kindness and smile. I have had memberships at other car wash businesses, but continue to keep my membership at Mister CW, and DJ is a perfect example why. He is a hard worker, always helping the customers, and went above and beyond for me today. I appreciate you DJ! Keep that positive energy and kind heart! You are a blessing!

  Would be much better if they sprayed the back as well as the front of the vehicle. Even using a soft brush would improve the outcome.

  I went on March 28 th which a was a very busy day. Tobias took time to explain the specials that were available. He was very patient and considerate with me. I decided to go back on Monday instead of taking more time to do a membership. I appreciated his time with this older lady. Thank you for a great experience.

  Fui cliente de este autolavado con membresía mensual y mi experiencia final fue muy decepcionante. Cuando acudí personalmente para cancelar la membresía porque iba a vender mi auto, me informaron que todo estaba listo. Sin embargo, posteriormente me cobraron un mes adicional sin mi autorización. Intenté resolver la situación, pero no recibí una solución satisfactoria. Es muy frustrante que no respeten la cancelación solicitada por el cliente. Recomiendo tener mucho cuidado al momento de cancelar la membresía y verificar que realmente quede cancelada.

  Staff are frie day. Vaccums are terrible. Several do not work. Today I had a vacuum that sort of worked but the attachments kept coming off the hose. This is at the Smyrna location . I am considering ending my membership and going to another car wash .
