- BABrittany Andersen6 days ago1.0Don’t go here unless you want your car wrecked and them to not take responsibility! I legitimately NEVER write bad reviews, but this is just dumb. My trim piece on my window bent off completely and scratched my car. I made a claim. They took pictures. And then…it took them a full business week of me calling every day for them to tell me they won’t cover the $300 damage the car wash did to my 3 year old car because it’s an “adhesive problem.” It takes very little to do the right thing. And this place, and its owners did NOT do the right thing. The workers who I had to keep talking to were so kind and so apologetic, the owner and manager never had the decency to call me. Even a refund of the $20 I spent on this dumb car wash would have been decent. And it didn’t even do a good job cleaning my car!!!!! Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

- JPjeff pFeb 6, 20261.0I have a sway bar hitch in the bed of my truck that weighs about 120 lbs as well as a horse stall mat for padding that weighs about 100. thats been threw the wash multiple times. The Kid was rude about it not going through the wash and said I needed to take them out. I told him cancel the account... not getting my money when you cant be consistent with rules or have the common since to know that a hurricane couldn't push those items out of my truck bed
