  Went here as they were an "in-network" repair shop for Carvana's Silver Rock warranty company. Had a brake issue that I need them to fix. Made an appointment and came in. Waited a little over an hour before they were able to bring the truck in and look at it. They told me that their was no issue and that the brakes were working just fine. I questioned this but they just shrugged me off. I drove home and immediately could tell the brake issue still persisted. The next day I took the truck to my regular mechanic who diagnosed it in 15 minutes as a stuck caliper. Now I'm having to pay an extra $350 due to my regular mechanic being "out of network" with silver rock. I'm still in disbelief of the incompetent work and customer service I received at this location. I recommend to go somewhere else. Don't chance it here.

  Zackery crow, the GM is fantastic! He is very kind and understanding! Andrew who helped me at the front, was amazing! He was very sweet and kind. I came in with a nail in my tire. I was in and out in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend this tire discount for all your car needs! I will definitely be back again!

  I called ahead to check availability, and they told me, “If you get here within the next 30 minutes, we can squeeze you in.” When I arrived, they said the oil change should take no more than an hour and a half. Well, here I am over two and a half hours later, still sitting in the lobby — my truck hasn’t even moved. On top of that, the constant sales pitches are exhausting. If you’re expecting timely service or don’t know much about cars, I’d recommend staying far away from this shop

  Edit: after leaving a glowing review about Andrew yesterday, I have to knock my five-star review back down to two stars and I probably should give one star. The mechanic that worked on my truck yesterday (NOT Andrew) thought that this tire was balanced and good enough to go back on my truck. Alternatively, he may not have even taken it off the truck to try any balancing. He was trying to sell me a tire based on tread. He never mentioned that the belt was broken internally because I bet he didn't know, but he would have discovered it had he tried to balance it. He would have sold me a tire, I would have been happy, and had a repeat customer. I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at this company with car work but I'm done. This video was taken at my new mechanic's shop. **** Sitting here in the waiting area... Andrew is top notch. He's the only one up front today, for the most part. Almost always a couple of people waiting in line, phone is constantly ringing, and the occasional checkout. I've not seen one harsh word, huff, deep breath of frustration from him at all. He has the patience of Job. He has solved many different problems, from add-on services, billing issues, and whatever. Really good employee, I'd say.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I have a friend who works here, and I asked him if he could get me a low profile tire for my truck. He said they had one in stock so a called the store to get the price, the general manager is the one who answered the phone, I told him I was in contact with my friend about getting a new tire, and he knew who I was, I then asked if my friend would be able to be the one changing my tire, and then he started to call me suspicious and hung up on me. It was absolutely disrespectful, and I will definitely never bring my business there with a general manager that speaks to customers that way after quoting them 200 dollars to replace a tire. By the way, discount tire not only gave me top tier excellent service in comparison to this place, but it was also literally half the price, but it hats my piece, don’t recommend bringing your car to this rude general manager, go to discount tire down the road instead, way more respectable than this place.
