  Still sitting here but I have to say Brandon that helped me in the lobby was amazing. I spoke with him briefly but he was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything and I felt like he actually listened to what I had to say wich is becomes harder to find nowadays. Hopefully the service is just as good as my experience so far.

  Brought them a set of rally wheels and cooper cobra tires to put on my suburban. Asked the shop to leave my tires in the vehicle when they decided the cooper cobras were too old so they couldnt mount them. They threw them away without permission and the store manager refused to help. Told me since I paid the disposal fee its my problem they threw away the wrong tires

  They were pretty helpful with replacing the tire. Since this a fleet car from Flexcar we had wait on the approval for anything to happen. Once it come thru the tire replacement was really quick and we out of there within an hour.

  Things have taken a turn for the worse here. The mechanics do sub par work and are not thorough. The service advisors/representatives at the front desk do not have effective communication skills both with the customers and mechanics. The mechanics will play guess-and-check to try to solve mechanical issues only to charge you for parts and labor and send you home with a car where the original issue persists. When you call to see what can be done, they tell you to bring it back in. So you drop it off and they call hours later to tell you it's a new problem. Rinse and repeat. The level of incompetence has become egregious. They are also not completing the services you pay for. I had an oil change package that was supposed to include a safety check of everything only to get home after the service and my friend tell me my tail light was out. Then my roommate went and got the same package done and when we picked up the car, the front headlight was out before we even left the lot. None of this was ever noted by the mechanics or service advisors. It feels like your car goes into a state of limbo here. I dropped it off when the store opened and waited all day to hear back. I called the store an hour before it closed to be put on hold for 30 min. After they finally got back to me they said it was ready. When I was dropped off at the shop they were literally pulling it out of the garage.

  Made a spontaneous call to the shop here in Smyrna and spoke to Erik Martinez. He’s the service manager. I wanted to get a free alignment check and he said come by now and they could get me in. While I was there, Erik and the team proceeded to make some adjustments to my alignment at no charge. Said it was easy. It only took a second and thanked me for coming in and complementing the team. From the phone call to the service and all the extra help. This team is awesome. Thank you, Erik and team. Keep up the great work.
