I had gone to another chain and waited along with several other people without being acknowledged, much less get assistance. I called this store, Becky answered immediately (rare), I told her my vehicle, she looked up the blades and got them ready for me. When I walked in I was acknowledged immediately by Becky and another employee. She had my items ready, and even had her employee ready to install them for me then. This is customer service that is almost non-existent these days. She was helpful, kind, prepared, friendly... I will use this store for any future needs, just because of Becky. She's the BEST!
