Entré para buscar un filtro de aceite y le di el VIN a la empleada, pero me dijo que tenía que esperar a otra persona que hablara español, aunque yo estaba hablando en inglés y podía comunicarme sin problema. No intentó ayudarme. También he notado que a otras personas se les ofrecen descuentos en el precio, no me pareció justo. La única persona que siempre me ha atendido bien es la muchacha que pienso es hispana, quien además es la única que veo trabajando y limpiando cuando los otros siempre sentados. Ojalá mejoren el trato al cliente y manera justa.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
