Touch with a district manager and a direct manager at this location and I’ll say they helped me tremendously and went above and beyond, since the first time I went to this store and it’s a positive sign be to say the least. Highly recommended in my book, sometimes a little patience with the effort is all it takes for grace to show up ;) thanks again guys. Very much appreciated on this end. More than is conveyed or known I’m sure.. but thank you . How can I add stars from my experience today and conversations recently.. I’d give ten off of my experience today with whom when and where it was.

I shouldn't have to go out of town to find out I've been buying the same part for years that has a lifetime warranty but wasn't processed right. I also did all the tricks they asked to get an online return done and came the next day with all store #s and transaction numbers just to be told my part wasn't on the order. Got yelled at and fussed at for trying to prove he was wrong. Guess what all he had to do was press the page forward button and it was right there. I have a lot of lifetime warranties dealing with this store.
