  My husband and I took his car to this shop to have a simple retapping job for the spark plug to be put in. First off they quoted 250.00 to do the job. Then received a call the car had been fixed and driven to make sure it was good. Well after we get there it would not start so we went and bought a new battery and popped the hood to see the what the mechanic done to the motor he stripped out the fuel rail and busted the coil pack flange on the intake resulting us having to buy a new intake. The heli coil was put in wrong and the fuel injectors was not set properly so the car would not start. We ended paying nearly $700 dollars and the owner that claims to stand behind his work tried offering us to go buy the new parts his mechanic damaged and he would have him put them on. Who in their right mind would let someone who had already messed up their motor let them touch it again. So yes we declined that offer. The right thing would be to refund the labor we paid for so at least we did not pay the mechanic to mess up what WASNT ALREADY BROKEN! Which is what the owner is trying to claim. I took pictures of the site that needed to be retapped before they touched it and now have the pictures of the after mess that was done. Owner claimed he had state of the art cameras and reviewed them and his mechanic done nothing wrong and my husband asked to review them and also see where they test drove the car that wouldn’t start and the owner claims he deleted the videos which I think is another lie because if you have a ongoing dispute and if your mechanic did no wrong then you wouldn’t delete them you would use them to prove he didn’t do anything wrong.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS

  I took my Cadillac Escalade to A-1 Auto Services after it had rear bumper damage, and they did an incredible job. The quality of the repair was top notch — the new bumper and parts fit perfectly and the paint match looks factory. You can’t even tell the vehicle was ever damaged.
