  Went in today with my Jeep looking like it rolled through a mud pit—stubborn dirt everywhere. Angela jumped in, grabbed the right tools, and went way above what I expected. She handed me sprays, towels, even showed me the best spots to hit without scratching. My ride came out spotless, and she was so friendly the whole time. Seriously, if you’re near this location, ask for her—she made it fun and easy. Thanks, Angela!

  After washing, I pulled in to vacuum out my car. Angela came over and began wiping down my car! That was so unexpected, and so appreciated! Angela and her crew are always accommodating but this was over the top awesome!

  This was not just a bad experience — it was outright unacceptable. The employee in the photos has been rude on multiple visits, but today was by far the worst. As we pulled up, she waved her arms around dramatically as if we were inconveniencing her by arriving. She looked at the front of our car, rolled her eyes, and walked off. When she directed us forward, we stopped exactly where she told us to, yet she still yelled “that’s good” even though we were already stopped. The car wash itself didn’t clean the vehicle at all. When we asked her if something was wrong or if she was having a bad day, she snapped back with, “I don’t have an attitude, I’m just cold.” I was inside the car and watched the entire interaction. As soon as my father walked away, she laughed, rolled her eyes again, and went straight over to her friend — staring at us while laughing. Instead of doing her job, she spent the entire time talking with her friend and even helped her friend wipe down her car while we were left trying to hand‑wash the spots the wash didn’t clean. Meanwhile, the only employee actually working was the other staff member, who was polite and helpful. As we were leaving, she gave us a sarcastic “have a good day” while laughing with her friend, and then the two of them stood around holding hoses and pretending to play‑fight while the other employee continued doing all the actual work. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially since this is not the first time we’ve had issues with this same employee. This needs to be addressed immediately before more customers are treated this way.

  I visited this car wash today, and it struck me just how consistently clean and well-managed this facility is. I've had a multi-car membership for a while now and come here frequently. From the towels and cleaners always being fully stocked, to vacuums that work like champs, and friendly staff who are readily available to help when needed—this place consistently does a great job. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car wash!

  In my 20 years of driving experience, today is the first time that a member of any car wash staff took initiative during down time and helped me dry off my car after running it through the wash. It was freezing outside and they had just opened. Angela went above and beyond the normal expectations and I would really like to recognize her for this. Strong work ethic is hard to find these days.
