  Vinny always takes care of me when I visit! Always very professional and makes sure all needs are met and answers any questions that may arise. Not just Vinny but the whole staff deserve praise! Great job!

  These guys were great! They were busy, but that is to be expected for Spring Break in a tourist town. They were very thorough, explained everything in detail, and made us feel confident that our car was safe for our drive home!

  I did not like that the don’t offer a higher quality or even oem filter. Oem should be offered standard. I was ok with the valvoline oil but not having a motorcraft filter had my nerves bothered. These ecoboost are expensive and picky they like quality oil and filtration. I had no choice as I was 5 hours from home. But for 120$ I should get a motorcraft filter.

  I was ripped off! They said they did. Transmission fluid check and filled it up…that’s a lie because I know for sure my car was off the whole time I was there during the service and I have two references that told me it has to be on during the process….i was also told that when they opened the drain plug that nothing came out!…..then how was I able to drive my car without it? 116.00 later I find out all of this…..will NEVER go back there again they also didn’t change a wiper blade or fill my wiper fluid…..makes me wonder what else they DIDNT do

  First, I hate my car, it nickles and dimes me whenever it gets the chance so finding a place that has decent coupons while also offering other services well below what other people charge is nice. Still, as a single woman I have struggled to find a car place that isn't trying to upsell me on some stupid thing. Valvoline showed me what services they had and while they did bring up other extended services they did not pressure me into doing them. BUT I googled while I sat there and sure enough, the things they mentioned I did need done and when they showed me their price point, it was almost 50% (!!!) cheaper than anywhere else. Which made me happy and paranoid so I read Reddit comments and reviews for this place and I was satisfied for sure. A really nice guy named Mason, was the Assistant Manager who helped me and so far so good. I just had my car serviced this past Saturday and it sounds better and seems to be running better. I truly hope this can be my place. You do need to go with some patience, because it is first come first served and if you get someone in line ahead of you, like me, who chooses an additional service it will be a longer wait.
