  A little pricier than Walmart for synthetic oil change ... BUT HERE ME OUT!!! Was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. At Walmart, its about $20 bucks less, but you spend an hour so you wander around Walmart and spend more money anyways. I'd rather buy the time and not end up with a snack pack, holster, and mini vacuum I didn't need. Go here.

  My hat is off to these gentlemen! Two things I expect to see in any service are quality and customer service; and that's definitely what I got at Express Oil Change in Sevierville! Thank you Drew, for your excellent customer service and thanks to your crew for their excellent quality work! She drives like a dream again! You definitely have my future business!

  I typically have terrible luck when it comes to 'drive thru ' oil changes. Well today when I got a coupon in my email and read the reviews of this place I decided to try my luck... Well wouldn't you know 'my' luck have it I roll up, they drain my oil and suddenly we all learn that they do not have my oil filter in stock. No biggie it can be ordered. I have my 8 year old with me and honestly wasn't in a rush... I was told it would be around a 20 minute wait.. 20 minutes passes and the store manager gets on the phone figures out the problem asssures me we'll be out of there soon and pays for my oil change. Most people would've been irritated but the team at this store is incredible. They were all so professional and nice to me even with circumstances being out of their control. I have to give a special shout-out to Larenzo!! That man knows his customer service and needs a raise!!

  We had such an outstanding experience with the team at Express Oil Change, and I can’t say enough good things about Drew, the store manager. What started as a stressful situation with a completely blown-out tire quickly turned into a smooth, reassuring experience thanks to their professionalism and care. Drew immediately stepped in and took control of the situation, making sure our family was taken care of from the moment we arrived. He walked us through our options clearly, without any pressure, and made sure we understood everything. The crew worked efficiently and had us back on the road with a brand new set of tires in what felt like no time at all. What really stood out was the level of customer service it was genuine, attentive, and above and beyond what you typically expect. You could tell they truly cared about helping us, not just making a sale. It’s rare to find a team that combines speed, professionalism, and kindness the way they do. Huge thanks to Drew and the entire crew for turning a bad situation into such a positive experience. I will sing express oil change’s praise from now on

  We had Nick as our tech and he was amazing . We live in Wi and are down here on vacation . I’ve never been to a cleaner more courteous respectful place than this in my life . Tempted to just visit here every time just to come back. Had an amazing experience. Thank you so much Nick .
