  Was on vacation and my parent’s transmission went out. We are from Pennsylvania, 9 hours away 🤦‍♂️. Nick Jones was very helpful and understanding with our situation. We were a walk in customer on a very busy Saturday morning. He was able to accommodate us with a rental. The process was very simple and easy. In a short time we were out the door with a very nice 2026 Jeep Gladiator.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was, without a doubt, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We are a family of five on vacation, relying on a rental vehicle from Enterprise, and when an issue came up, we were left completely on our own. Tyler Thomas, the branch manager in Sevierville, TN, did listen—but that’s where the help stopped. There was zero effort to actually resolve the situation or make things easier for us. Instead, we were told to go sit at a service station and wait for a diagnosis, with no regard for how long that could take. Anyone traveling with kids knows that could mean hours of wasted time and a completely ruined day. There was no urgency, no empathy, and no attempt to offer a reasonable alternative. It was very clear that policies and their quotas mattered more than customers. For a company that depends on people trusting them during travel, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially families traveling with children. Save yourself the frustration and rent elsewhere.

  We are a group of 8 - 10 older friends who like to rent cars for weekend adventures. This is the only rental car locations in our area. On three different occasions, we have been down-sized from our originally reserved vehicle. Today, we gathered to pick up the reserved Ford Excursion (or similar size) - (capacity for 8 people and their luggage) - for an 8-hour trip across the state. We were downgraded to a Chrysler Pacifica, which seats 6. When we objected that we had reserved a larger vehicle, the response was that the reserved vehicle needed new tires (WHAT?! Why is it in rental rotation?) and “we were really busy this morning”. We had a reservation so business should not have been in the equation. We had no choice but to take the Pacifica or cancel our trip - which had non-refundable deposits. Two of our people had to drive in their personal vehicles to the destination. We are very dissatisfied with the 1) fact this is the third time this has happened ànd 2) the shrug-shouldered lack of service exhibited by the staff in spite of having had an advance reservation which was made in person because the on-line reservation process for larger vehicles was clunky and we wanted to verify the size of our rental. We are currently crammed into à too-small vehicle with our belongings stacked like a rubrics cube for 8 driving hours.

  These people talk nice but treat you like a child. Theres NO room for compromise when it comes to payment avenues and is so difficult to use YOUR OWN WIFES CREDIT CARD that i will *NEVER* use enterprise again. I will aso be advising members of my rortary club, moose lodge, lions club and church members to NEVER use not only pigeon forge enterprise but no enterprise business on the east coast. Go Budget, Go Hertz!

  I was promised a suv after calling to reserve it due to issues I have with my current rental! I get to the store and the guy tell me he’s about to close he will see what he has available. Mind you another customer came in behind me after 12pm and she was white he didn’t say that to her! Finally when he get to me he ask what was going on I tell him then he says he only have a Corolla I said that’s not going to work I was promised a suv he got smart with me and told me that those were reserved for his customers! I told him that’s not what I was told! He then offered a mini van but he had other SUV’s on the lot! Heavy set white male with a beard just rude! Will definitely not recommend this location!
