Decided to get the wiper blades changed as well since they sound horrible and and streak. My fiancee has wanted me to change them for longer than I'd like to say. 😬 The 2 techs that helped me along with the manager were super friendly, and professional. Keegan and Cam (Techs), Stacey (manager). 2nd time visiting a Valvoline location. Last time was in Dandridge and I think I will stick with them for sure. Nice to not worry if they are putting the right oil in your car and the vibe is so much better and speed than Walmart auto center hands down !! 😁Price is higher than Walmart but I had a coupon they have on their website from time to time but the service, competence, professionalism, and speed is worth it. Went with full synthetic oil. Over all time from arrival to departure was around 25 mins.

Employee said we should have you in about 10 minutes.. 35+ minutes later, still sitting in front of the bay, meanwhile someone pulled up 10 minutes AFTER me already have their oil changed and another car is in the bay and they’re starting on it. First come, first serve doesn’t exist at this location. Extremely aggravating. I ended up asking the car behind me to back up so I could leave. I will never visit another Valvoline.
