    The people here are so nice! Genuinely kind, helpful and concerned about our car and our safety. Stacy, the manager, and the gentlemen who worked on our car explained everything they did to us. Told us about our car and our needs. We really appreciate their knowledge and interest in our car. It makes us feel so confident going to this Valvoline. We have nothing to worry about. Thank you for having such great Valvoline Oil Change stations here in Sevierville, TN and Dandridge, TN. We love going to both of them for excellent service and we will definitely be back.

    I almost never leave reviews. Like, ever. And I have been at this location a few times and each time I've gotten what I came for - an oil change. Straightforward, in and out, I move on with my day. Today was different. A young man, Cameron, had such an attitude of care and interest that it really moved me. After seeing dozens of people a day, I can imagine how easy it would be to just go through the motions. I've been there myself. However, I got such a strong sense from him that he cared - while checking my cabin filter, he tried to make sure there were no grease stains left on the seat. He talked to me about prices and checked to see if they had any discounts for that day. He reset my oil light and seemed happy to do so. "In case I don't see you again, have a blessed day, ma'am." He told me. I felt like royalty. Respected, valued, cared for. And I came there for an oil change??? Valvoline, please give this man a raise!!

    I’m a Valvoline Girl! I was visiting in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and a windshield wiper broke. Needless to say it was repaired by the sweetest employee Vinny in just minutes. The service was with a smile and a thank you for always bringing my needs to Valvoline. The price was the greatest! Thank you for helping keep my vehicle safe.

    Back in August, I had the transmission fluid changed and oil changed then recently here I’ve been having problems with my transmission. It was jerking and felt like it was going into another gear so I contacted my Kia dealer and took my car and just to get it checked out. This was October 22. Come to find out that the transmission fluid had been leaking when they put it up on the left there the plug was still in there, but they never put the seal in there so all this time I’ve been leaking transmission fluid did the service person who was very good and the tech technician brought me back there and showed me everything that was wrong so they loaned me a car to find out about the parts not until Monday so I went to Vavoline looking for the manager over off of Highway 66 or Winfield done and she was not there, but the assistant manager was there so I gave them him. His name was Vincent the information I did not at the time I have my receipt and he took my VIN number down and he said that he would give all this information plus the card to the service person that I was dealing with from the Kia dealer at that point I waited thought somebody was gonna call me back on Monday when the Kia dealer called me and told me how much it was gonna cost to get the transmission fixed and everything and that it was throwing a code. I tried to call the Vavoline store and it went into a 800 number so the lady was nice enough on the phone to tell me how I should’ve filed a claim OK the assistant manager should’ve known the first thing that I should’ve done that in and it did not tell me they have five days that they could’ve came down here in IN did their investigation was not contacted until Monday afternoon when Skyler from the Kia place called me and told me that Stacy the manager came in they put the car back up on the left. They gave her all the information and let her take pictures and explain to her what was going on in her words. She said that she needed to take my car to a different transmission place so that she could finish up her investigation at that time I had already had gave them permission to order the parts and I would lose my warranty on my car. My car only has 65,000 miles on it and I have a power of warranty on it for 100,000. I told her no she said she was gonna have to talk to her manager at that time we were doing three-way phone calls, and still her manager never got on the phone at all so she told me she was going to close out my claim and I was out $3711.02. I’m not happy at all because I don’t feel like this was resolved in the proper time because I went straight after I found out what was wrong with my car that Wednesday and nobody called me back until I had to call in and make a claim that is not good customer service at all to conclude a friend of mine who also went and had her transmission fluid. I don’t think it’s at that location started having problems with her Toyota Tacoma, and now she’s in the same situation that I am in.

    I’ve normally never had problems with Valvoline, but I don’t think I’ll ever be back to this location. My husband and I brought in our new car to get the oil changed and everything was fine until they stopped working on our car and pulled out their flashlights. Five people came over and just kept looking around the front of car, shaking it, and eventually started pulling off panels, all the while no one would look at us or tell us what was going on. Come to find out they thought they lost the oil cap in the grill and pulled panels off our car and after sitting forever they realized that they just misplaced it. They had no problem taking our money first, but refused to tell us what was wrong with the car until my husband finally got their attention and made them come talk to us because they were avoiding us completely. Their compressor was also out so we weren’t able to get our tires aired up, no washer fluid or anything other than our oil changed. They didn’t offer us a refund or even a discount for anything after paying $100.
